Slate, by virtue of its clearly defined cleavage
plane, is readily available as large slabs with a natural
finish, ideal for hearth slabs, table tops, and cills.
We stock a range of scants (large slabs) mainly
imported from Italy, Brazil and China in both natural riven
and honed finishes. Welsh slate is also becoming available in
prices only slightly above Italian.
We also have a variety of paving slabs in imported
and Welsh Slate, Sandstone, Limestone and Granite which can be cut
to the customers requirements.
